Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your booking for any reason, you must notify us in writing, your deposit is refunded less a 20% service fee should the property be re booking for the same period of time. If the property is not be booked, the deposit is forfeited. No refund will be given for early departure.
Key Collection
Keys can be collected from Stockdale & Leggo Portarlington - 92B Newcombe Street between 2pm and 5pm on check-in day unless previously discussed otherwise. Keys are to be returned back to Stockdale & Leggo upon check out. In the rare case of our office being closed on check out day, keys can be placed into our drop box to the side of our front office door.
